Taxi service in New Hope! Yes!

Star Voyager taxi Service is bringing on demand taxi service to the Central Bucks County area. The service area extends from just below Quakertown to just above Bensalem and from County Line Road to the Delaware River. Service will also go to to some parts of New Jersey, including Trenton. Towns in Pennsylvania served are: Perkasie, Doylestown, Chalfont, New Britain, Plumstead, Buckingham, Solebury, Warrington, Wrightstown, Newtown, Churchville, Richboro, Newtown, New Hope, and Yardley. This is the ONLY Taxi Service in Central Bucks County.

Currently the taxi service runs 24/7 on weekends and from 6 AM to 1 AM on weekdays. The intention is to make taxi service 24/7 every day.

Star Voyager operates an all white fleet of three cars which have distinctive iconic graphics from America's Space Race. Each car is equipped with a taxi meter that calculates the applied for and granted tariff.

Star Voyager owner Robert Gerenser comments," There has been a great need for this service for many years. We have many elders who just don't want to drive anymore, they have to get to the grocery store or the pharmacy or the doctors office. Other people may not have adjusted to our country roads and don't want to drive. Still other people don't want to drive to a restaurant and get trapped with a DUI after having had a glass of wine with dinner.”
